Reflecting on the Wonderful Women of Wellness Series S2 Ep7

Today’s episode is my reflection on the Wonderful Women of Wellness series.

By addressing mental health, exploring unconventional practices like aromatherapy and erotica, delving into spiritual healing, and the need for us to consider eye health the series provided a rich tapestry of insights.

Wellness is important for everyone regardless of gender, age, size ethnicity or any other demographic we may select for ourselves.  A special thank-you goes out to the wonderful ladies who shared their knowledge with us: Nicole Everett, Dr. Monica Hayes, Vicky Spray, and Dr. Amanda Mathews.
